Kelsie Hall



Kelsie Hall, The Sugar Box proprietor, was classically trained as a confectioner and cake decorator at Cheltenham Bakery School and has been designing and decorating cakes for over 30 years. She has gained many awards for her skills over the years, including a prestigious Gold Medal award at Hoteloympia and the NFWI design award, amongst many.



Kelsie has taught professionally as a lecturer in all aspects of cake decorating and sugarcraft. She has worked at Bath College of Further Education and at what is now University of Gloucestershire. She has demonstrated her craft all over the country to British Sugarcraft Guild and WI members and has demonstrated in San Antonio, Texas. As well as being an active exhibitor at national and regional events, Kelsie is a National Judge and mentor for the British Sugarcraft Guild and also judges for the NFWI and Salon Culinaire competitions.
